Development Associate
The Development Associate plays a vital role in supporting TMSOE's fundraising and Community engagement efforts. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with donors, developing grant proposals, and coordinating fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and committed to advancing TMSOE's mission by fostering a culture of philanthropy within our Community
Upper Elementary Teacher (4th, 5th and 6th Grades)
Teachers are responsible for planning lessons and providing instruction that meets the standards of the Common Core in the relevant subject area, and giving feedback to students on assignments and assessments. MSE teachers provide for the intellectual, social, and emotional development of our students.
Elementary Teacher
The lead Montessori teacher is responsible for providing a safe, child-centered, research-aligned program that promotes intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development. At MSE, we use the head, heart, and hand to help our children reach their full potential. As the lead teacher, you will lead the planning and implementation of the Montessori core program and create powerful learning experiences for your cohort of students in partnership with your assistant teacher.
Early Childhood Teacher
The role of the Head Start Teacher to lead in overseeing and directing the planning, organizing, and implementation of education services for children, in the Head Start classroom. This includes developing and implementing educational lesson plans for children and individualization. The Head Start Teacher will be responsible for maintaining a positive and appropriate educational environment, and creating a program that meets the intellectual and emotional needs of all of our children..

The role of the Assistant Teacher is to help the teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and beautiful Montessori environment where self-concepts are enhanced, independence encouraged and individuality respected with a strong understanding of Montessori principles, methodology, and curriculum.

Learning Specialist (Special Education Teacher)
We are hiring a Learning Specialist (also called the Special Education Teacher) to facilitate instruction in MSE’s Learning Lab and in the classroom setting. The specialist will ensure children with diverse needs have a safe, child-centered, research-aligned educational program that promotes development of the whole child.
